Scheduled Downtime December 4th, 2022
We are applying hardware and software upgrades on our core servers to ensure our services' highest security and performance levels.
To accomplish this upgrade, we have scheduled a window of downtime in line with our regularly planned maintenance windows. Our planned downtime, detailed below, is subject to change.
The necessary downtime for this purpose is scheduled for December 4th, 2022, at 1 pm PST.
Our data center will experience service interruptions during maintenance, impacting our cloud services.
Your Spivi systems are designed to stay operational during maintenance time. That said, automatic and manual login procedures will be unavailable during maintenance hours. You will still, however, be able to recover the performance data captured in class after the scheduled window using the “My Studio” page on www.spivi.com
Please find below the maintenance schedule and the list of affected services:
- Sunday, December 4th, 2022, between 1 pm to 4 pm PST for approx 3 hours
During downtime, Spivi will not be available online, including the core services, Spivi Replay, Spivi Home, and online booking. Your clients will not be able to log in and book through your online booking page or the Spivi app.
Upgrades will impact the services as described below:
- Web widgets
- Class scheduling services
- Spivi Replay and Spivi Home
- Structured Workouts
- API services
- Mobile app
- Some pages on our main website at www.spivi.com will be unavailable
- Integrations with 3rd party CRMs will be unavailable
- After-class emails – will be delayed until the end of the maintenance window
- Other related online services may be affected as well
