Prazerices: Ride State, the new indoor cycling studio in São Paulo

Prazerices made ​​a class at Ride State on Tuesday, before the opening, and really it is very dynamic and entertaining, with play of lights, music and lively teacher. The 45-minute class fly and the student leaves wet, such energy expended.

The trainings have the support of SPIVI software tool that collects data from all bikes with individual information such as heart rate, power, power on the FTP, speed, distance, energy, calories burned, as well as personal data such as name, photo facebook, etc.
