Any Spivi® system has 12 months of warranty for the hardware.
An extended warranty can be purchased, contact us to get an additional information.

The Spivi® software is covered by your monthly subscription plan.

Our support team provides technical support on multiple levels

  • Email
    Our technical support team will assist you with any question you’ll might have. Just drop an email to support@spivi.com.
  • Remote Control
    Every Spivi® system is monitored remotely, can report on failures to let our support team handle such issues for you seamlessly. Our support team will then take over the system and fix everything for you.
  • Hardware Replacement
    All hardware components are available on our stock. Any damaged part can be replaced and shipped to your studio to get your Spivi® system operational again in no time. Overnight shipping available on some locations, contact us for more information.
