Original shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refundable amount. This is to cover the shipping and handling cost, even if the original shipping was offered free to the customer. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Late returns, returns that are in an un-resalable condition, or returns that are missing parts may be refused.

Subscription payments are non-refundable.
