During maintenance, the Spivi platform will undergo service interruptions, affecting our data center.

While your Spivi systems are designed to remain operational during maintenance, automatic and manual login procedures will not be available during these hours. However, you'll still be able to retrieve the performance data captured during classes after the scheduled window using the “My Studio” section on www.spivi.com.

August 23, 2025 at 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm PT, maintenance may impact the following services:

  1. Web widgets.
  2. Class scheduling services.
  3. API services.
  4. Mobile app.
  5. Some sections on our main website at www.spivi.com will be closed.
  6. Integrations with 3rd party platforms such as MarianaTek, Mindbody, WellnessLiving, Zingfit, GymMaster, ABC, ASF, and others may be down.
